, a trust dedicated to providing excellent healthcare in East Suffolk and North Essex. We are seeking a skilled Consultant Dermatologist to lead the redesign and transformation of our dermatology service at Colchester Hospital.

Our Gold Welcome Package includes a relocation allowance of £8,000, an additional £20,000 lump sum, and 1.5 additional SPA time for the first 24 months to thank you for choosing to work with ESNEFT.

• Maintain the highest clinical standards in medical and surgical dermatology.
• Provide outpatient dermatology services at Colchester Hospital.
• Offer dermatology advice to medical and surgical inpatients.
• Collaborate with medical and nursing colleagues to improve and advance the dermatology service.
• Co‑manage the Dermatology Department.
• Teach and train dermatology trainees, junior medical staff, nursing staff, primary care colleagues, and medical students.
• Participate in departmental and trust matters concerning clinical governance and audit.
• Ensure active participation in continuing professional development (CPD).
• Share consultant clinical responsibilities and coordinate rota for emergency work and cover during leave.
• Supervise nurse‑led clinics.
• Provide management advice for GPs where appropriate.
