The successful candidate will feel confident supporting children with different needs, including SEND. You’ll work 1:1, in small groups and across the classroom to help pupils make steady progress.

We are looking for Teaching Assistants in Colchester who have:

Experience working with children in a school setting

A patient and encouraging approach

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with teachers and support staff

An understanding of additional needs and how to support them
