Provide classroom coverage and maintain a positive learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree required (teaching certification preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience working with children or young adults, preferably in a school setting
- Ability to follow lesson plans, manage classroom routines, and support student learning
- Strong communication, flexibility, and professionalism
- Per diem, on-call position (not union affiliated)
- Flexible scheduling
- Daily rate of pay (set by the Board of Education)
