• Classroom Leadership: Lead lessons across various subjects and age groups, maintaining a high standard of student engagement.

• Behaviour Excellence: Implement school-wide behaviour policies to foster a positive, respectful, and productive classroom environment.
• Professional Versatility: Adapt quickly to different school cultures, whether you're in a city-centre secondary or a smaller village school on the outskirts.

  We welcome Qualified Teachers (QTS), but also highly value experienced Instructors, Cover Supervisors, and Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs).
• Strong Communicators: Individuals who can build immediate rapport with students and collaborate seamlessly with local school teams.
• Adaptable Professionals: A "can-do" attitude is essential for thriving in the variety of schools that Colchester has to offer.
• Compliance: You must hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one) and provide a full work history.

• Excellent Pay: Earn a reliable daily rate of £130 - £140
