Learning Support Mentor - Sport and Uniformed Public Services

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Mentor to join our dynamic Sports and Uniformed Public Services department. As a Learning Support Mentor, youll be at the heart of that mission helping students gain the skills, confidence, and independence they need for future success. Youll be part of a supportive team, with opportunities for professional growth and the chance to make a lasting impact.

What Youll Do Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to students with additional learning needs Work closely with lecturers and support staff to ensure inclusive, accessible learning Help students build confidence, develop study skills, and stay engaged in practical sessions Support learners in workshops, classrooms, and on-site training environments Monitor progress and contribute to support plans and reviews
