Position Overview:

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with pupils who require additional emotional and behavioral support.

Your role will involve developing positive relationships, implementing tailored strategies, and creating a nurturing environment to promote pupils' well-being and progress.

Key Responsibilities:

Support pupils with SEMH needs to access learning and develop social skills
Implement individualised behaviour management strategies
Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals
Monitor and record pupil progress and behaviour interventions
Promote positive behaviour and emotional resilience
Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience working with SEMH pupils or in a similar support role
Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques
Empathetic, patient, and excellent communication skills
Ability to build trusting relationships with pupils and staff
Flexible, proactive, and resilient attitude
