We are working with one welcoming primary school in Colchester that is seeking a qualified KS2 Teacher for a long-term placement
.

This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher looking for consistency, stability, and the chance to become part of a school team
, rather than moving between settings.

• Full teaching responsibility within Key Stage 2
• Planning, delivering, and assessing lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
• Supporting pupil progress and wellbeing
• Working closely with colleagues and senior leadership

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Recent experience teaching KS2
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Reliable, professional, and committed approach
• Passion for high-quality teaching and learning

To be considered, candidates must have:

• Two professional references
• Enhanced DBS (sighted or on the Update Service)
• Right to Work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
