A specialist SEN school in Colchester is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher for a maternity cover role starting in April 2026. The successful candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience working with KS2 pupils with Autism and complex needs. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons while creating a nurturing environment. This is a full-time permanent position offering M2-UPS3 salary, dependent on experience plus an SEN allowance.
