Experienced SEN tutor

The Role:

• Deliver engaging, personalised tuition sessions (1:1 or small groups)
• Support students with a range of additional needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, and other complex needs
• Plan and adapt lessons to meet individual learning styles and EHCP targets
• Build positive, supportive relationships to help students achieve both academically and personally
• Work closely with families, schools, and other professionals where required

• Significant experience working with children or young people with SEN
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
• QTS is desirable but not essential
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Ability to travel within Romford and nearby areas
