16 to 37.5 hours per week available (hours/days of work can be flexible to suit needs and availability)
Monday to Friday role
£11.25 to £14.20ph (depending on age, experience and qualifications)

Due to the remote location of some schools, the ability to drive is essential
We are working with one of the leading providers of Primary School provision across Essex. Established in 2017, they deliver high-quality physical education, wraparound care, holiday clubs, and football programmes that supports thousands of children each week with a simple mission:
To inspire every child to move, learn, and grow through fun, engaging activities that nurture lifelong health and wellbeing.
They are now looking for an experienced and passionate Primary School Sports Coach who is a strong advocate for engagement in sports and physical education to join their team and deliver their PE, School Sport and Physical Activity sessions across Essex.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Planning, delivering and evaluating high quality, engaging PE lessons & extra curricular sports clubs
Reporting on pupil progress and development in PE through termly monitoring and assessments
Supporting & upskilling primary school teachers and apprentice coaches
Delivering fun and engaging childcare provision and activities at holiday camps during the school holidays
The ideal candidate will need the following:
NGB Level 2 qualification in any sport
Access to your own transport and be prepared to travel up to 30 miles the companies Head Office
Experience delivering PE in a primary school setting, with knowledge of the national curriculum
A valid first aid certificate
A valid Enhanced DBS
A genuine enthusiasm for sport, physical activity, and working with children
Effective communication with both young people and adults
It would also be great if you have a degree in physical education or sports coaching or Level 3 in supporting the Delivery of Physical Education in Primary Schools
