We’re working with a welcoming, community-focused primary school in Colchester looking for a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join their Early Years team on a long-term basis. You’ll be leading an EYFS class, creating a warm, structured, and inspiring learning environment where every child feels safe, seen, and supported.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering creative, play-based learning aligned with the EYFS framework

• Building strong routines that help children feel secure and confident

• Supporting early phonics, communication, and personal development

• Working closely with support staff and parents

• Tracking progress and celebrating those big and small milestones

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
