The Role
- Provide 1:1 tailored tuition to a student with Special Educational Needs
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
- Support academic progress as well as confidence and independence
- Work closely with parents/carers and other professionals where required
- Maintain clear records of progress and adapt strategies as needed
- Qualified teacher or experienced SEN tutor
- Experience working with children with additional needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, speech & language needs, learning difficulties)
- Patient, empathetic and adaptable approach
- Strong communication skills
- Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one)
- Available for in-person sessions in Romford
- £25-£30 per hour (dependent on experience)
