• Salary: £82.14-£100 per day
• Location: Havering - Romford, Hornchurch, Upminster and surrounding areas
• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract: Full-time, long-term

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils who require additional academic support.
• Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and accessible lessons.
• Support pupils with mild SEN, learning gaps, or social and emotional needs.
• Help maintain a positive, structured and inclusive classroom environment.

The successful Learning Support Assistant will be patient, proactive and confident supporting children across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.

• Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or supporting children in a school setting.
• A nurturing and calm approach.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• A reliable and committed Learning Support Assistant ready to make a real impact.
