Salary: £21,900-£26,500 (paid as a daily rate)

Temporary, Full Time, Long Term, minimumof 2 terms. Could go permanent based on good performance.

About the Role:
* Supporting pupils with SEN needs within the classroom and wider school
* Building positive and trusting relationships with pupils to support engagement and wellbeing
* Providing one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual pupil needs
* Supporting behaviour management strategies and emotional regulation
* Assisting staff in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Supporting pupils to overcome barriers to learning and achieve positive outcomes
* Working collaboratively with teaching staff, pastoral teams and external agencies
* Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback where appropriate
The Requirements:
* Experience working with children and motivating them to achieve their best
* Previous experience supporting pupils with additional needs desirable
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Calm, patient and empathetic approach
* Ability to remain professional and resilient in challenging situations
* Strong teamwork skills with the ability to use initiative
* Genuine commitment to safeguarding and supporting pupil wellbeing
* Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
