• Deliver BTEC Work Skills to students with SEMH needs
• Teach key employability skills including communication, teamwork, problem solving and time management
• Support students with coursework, portfolio evidence and assessment requirements
• Build students' confidence, resilience and workplace awareness

• Qualified teacher or experienced vocational instructor
• Experience teaching BTEC or employability-based qualifications (desirable)
• Experience working with SEMH or SEND learners is advantageous
• Strong relationship-building and classroom management skills
