Interaction Recruitment is seeking a Learning Mentor in Tiptree to support pupils with SEMH needs starting September 2026. The role involves providing tailored one-to-one support to pupils who cannot access mainstream education.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Learning Mentor or in a similar role, with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach. Competitive pay of £105 – £130 per day is offered, along with ongoing training opportunities.
