Protocol Education is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Colchester
. This is a full‑time position with an exciting temp‑to‑perm opportunity

You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, supporting pupil development, and contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Plan and deliver high-quality KS2 lessons aligned with the national curriculum
• Create a stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and engagement
• Assess and track pupil progress, providing feedback and support where needed
• Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and leadership teams
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging atmosphere for all pupils

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching within KS2
• Strong classroom management skills
• Passion for education and supporting children’s development
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
