Job Overview- Career for students aged 11-16.
- Full-time, Monday
- Friday, Graduate Maths Teaching Assistant role. - Support students in Mathematics lessons across KS3-KS4.
- Deliver targeted one-to-one and small-group interventions to raise attainment.
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging Maths lessons.
- Help students develop confidence, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude towards Mathematics.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with the Maths department and wider school team.
- Contribute to intervention programmes and enrichment opportunities.

What we’re looking for- A degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject.

- Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach.
- Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
