St Benedict's Catholic College in Colchester is seeking an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with learning difficulties and disabilities. You will be responsible for helping students with their academic skills while also managing challenging behaviour.
This role requires a GCSE in English and Maths, experience with autistic children is preferred, and adherence to an enhanced DBS check is necessary. Working hours are 28 hours a week, term time plus five training days, with a competitive salary.
