Working Pattern: 8:35am to 3:15pm Monday to Friday with ½ hour lunch

Responsibilities
  • A flexible team player, has experience working with children to support them to reach their full potential.
  • This LSA role may include supporting children 1:1 and could include intimate care, physiotherapy, occupational health, speech & language and behaviour support.
  • Is confident to deal with social, emotional and behaviour issues, underpinning approaches on positive relationships and mutual respect.
  • Provides good evidence that their knowledge and abilities are closely matched to the person specification.
  • Is positive and flexible, warm and friendly with children, parents and colleagues.
  • Has excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Enjoys taking an active role in the work and development of the school.
  • Is committed to the safeguarding and welfare of our children.
