We are looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our staff team at St George's Church of England Primary School. The role will involve leading whole classes to cover teachers' release time and facilitating group activities are keen to appoint a confident practitioner with a passion for supporting children both academically and pastorally.
Key Requirements- An experienced Learning Support Assistant
- Confident to manage groups and classes of pupils with a calm, flexible approach to classroom management in line with our Relationships and Behaviour Policy
- Experienced in using a trauma-informed and relational approach
- Creative and enthusiastic
- Keen to develop their skills and grow professionally
- Resourceful and able to work independently as well as with the team
- Passionate about supporting pupils to achieve to the best of their ability
- Able to listen thoughtfully and reflect
