About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic After school Club Supervisor to join our successful and forward‑thinking school, working alongside a dedicated whole‑school team who share a child‑centred ethos and a strong commitment to wellbeing, inclusion and high‑quality care for all children.
Qualifications- Actively supports and promotes the ethos and values of Stanway Primary School
- Can plan and deliver a stimulating range of engaging activities that support children's enjoyment, wellbeing and development
- Has high expectations of pupil behaviour, care and personal development, maintaining a safe and positive environment
- Is a strong team player, with clear communication and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, pupils and families
- Is committed to professional development, reflective practice and maintaining high standards within extended provision
- A welcoming, supportive and dedicated staff team who work collaboratively across the school
- Happy, well‑behaved pupils who enjoy attending the After school Club
- A positive school culture built on trust, ambition and teamwork
