  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to implement strategies and interventions.

  • Able to build strong, trusting relationships.
  • Experience in supporting children with additional needs (desirable but not essential).
  • Good communication skills and a flexible approach.
  • Be willing to undertake relevant training to support the child's needs and your own professional development.
