We are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work on a short‑term basis at our specialist SEND school in Colchester. The role involves working closely with teachers and therapists to support pupils aged 3 to 19 with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) in all aspects of their educational, social and emotional development.

• Support teachers during lessons and activities.
• Assist pupils with learning, personal and social skills.
