We are seeking a Lecturer to join our team. In this role you will be an enthusiastic and committed Lecturer with the ability to deliver high-quality teaching across Further and Higher Education programmes.
They will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging, inclusive learning experiences that promote academic excellence, student engagement, and positive progression outcomes. The postholder will contribute to curriculum development, ensuring programme content is current, relevant, and aligned with awarding organisation and institutional standards. They will create a supportive learning environment, assess and monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and inspire learners to achieve their full academic and professional potential.
Working collaboratively with colleagues, the Lecturer will also contribute to quality assurance, curriculum enhancement, and the continuous improvement of teaching, learning, and assessment across the provision.

About the role:
Comprehensive teaching responsibilities (designing schemes of work, assessing, preparation, delivery, marking, individual student tutoring). Designing, developing, and reviewing curriculum materials in line with programme specifications and quality assurance frameworks. Delivering engaging and innovative teaching using a variety of pedagogical approaches to meet diverse learner needs. Assessing student work in accordance with established criteria and providing timely, constructive feedback to support progress and achievement.
Monitoring and tracking student performance, implementing appropriate interventions where necessary. Contributing to quality improvement processes, including course review, standardisation, moderation, and compliance activities. To reflect continuously and improve the quality of teaching and learning within your sessions. Utilising and developing resources to support student achievement. Essential
Experience:
Experience of working with young people. Teaching or delivering training experience. Essential
Qualifications:
Education to level 3 or above and/or a professional qualification in required subject or equivalent OR Education to degree level and/or above in required subject or equivalent Minimum of Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics GCSE 4 or C and above / CSE Level 1 / O-Level C or above / Level 2 Adult Numeracy or Literacy or equivalent Why join us?
