Colchester County High School for Girls in Colchester seeks a Pastoral Assistant to provide dedicated pastoral support to students and parents. The role focuses on promoting positive behaviour, improving attendance and supporting wellbeing, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding.
You will work 37 hours per week during term time plus some non-pupil days and a few days during the summer holidays. An enhanced DBS check is required, and experience in a school environment is advantageous.
