We are delighted to offer a fantastic opportunity to lead our brand-new nursery opening at Ardleigh St Mary’s Primary Academy in the Autumn Term 2026. The role involves establishing a Montessori-inspired environment for up to 20 children aged 3-4 years and delivering a nurturing curriculum.
You will lead the daily programme, receive Montessori training, and work with families and colleagues to ensure high-quality early years provision.
