Prospero Teaching are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive and welcoming school in Colchester, starting in September. • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA in a UK school
• HLTA status or relevant qualifications desirable
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
• Experience delivering interventions and supporting whole-class learning
• Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued within the last year (desirable)

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
• Provide two professional child-related references
