Empowering Learning in Colchester is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist SEND setting, supporting pupils who have experienced trauma, adversity and barriers to education. You will work with the SENCo, teachers and leaders to deliver tailored support and interventions, building positive relationships and promoting emotional wellbeing and resilience.
The role is permanent and full-time, with a salary of £23,742 - £24,917 per annum.
