We are looking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join our bank of casual staff covering classes from Nursery to Year 2.

• Have a high level of empathy and compassion
• Have the ability to form positive relationships with colleagues and children
• Feel confident in supporting good SEN practice in the classroom
• Remain calm in challenging situations and work closely as part of a team
• Have an understanding of trauma informed practice
• Liaise with and report to the class teacher and SENCo
• Support the schools' vision, ethos and values
• Have a good sense of humour
