We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Colchester. No two days are the same, and that's exactly what makes this role so rewarding.

You could be:

• Supporting a pupil 1:1 to help them thrive in the classroom
• Working within the school's specialist provision alongside experienced staff
• Leading small group interventions to build confidence and independence
• Celebrating every achievement, big or small (because they all matter)

Every day brings something different, but your role will always centre around helping children feel safe, supported and ready to learn.

You'll work closely with teachers, SEND professionals and families to create positive learning experiences that help every child reach their potential.

• Have experience working with children, particularly those with SEND, or are keen to start your journey
• Are calm, patient and full of encouragement

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
