We are seeking a Assessor Trainer to join our team. In this role you will coach, train and assess learners in real working environments, helping them develop the practical skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to achieve vocational qualifications and succeed in their careers. Working closely with employers, you will provide high-quality training, assessment and feedback, ensuring learners make excellent progress while meeting industry and awarding organisation standards.

You will play a key role in maintaining accurate assessment records, promoting safe working practices and delivering a positive learner experience. Working collaboratively with employers, stakeholders and College colleagues, you will also help develop new training opportunities and commercial provision that responds to the evolving needs of industry.
