We are seeking a Lecturer - Course Leader to join our team. In this role you will, deliver inspiring and high-quality teaching across a range of Digital Computing and IT courses (Levels 1-4), driving strong student achievement and success. Lead and support course delivery as a Band 2 Course Leader, contributing to an innovative and student-focused learning environment.

About the role:

• Deliver high-quality teaching across a range of Further Education Digital Computing courses. Plan and prepare engaging schemes of work, lesson plans, resources, and assessments, while supporting student recruitment, interviews, and guidance.
• Design and carry out effective assessment activities, including setting and marking work in line with curriculum requirements.
• Monitor learner progress and maintain high standards in line with awarding body guidelines, using effective tracking systems and working closely with the Lead Verifier.
