Primary School Teacher - Colchester

£140-£270 per day

Vision for Education are currently recruiting for passionate and dedicated Primary School Teachers to work across schools in Colchester and the surrounding areas. Whether you're looking for a long-term role, regular supply work or more flexibility, we'd love to hear from you.

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
• Plan and prepare lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
• Follow school policies and maintain high standards of behaviour and safeguarding.

We are looking for teachers who:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Have experience teaching within a primary school setting.
• Have a strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
• Are passionate about supporting children to achieve their full potential.
• Can build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
• Have excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Are reliable, enthusiastic and professional.
