A patient, resilient and compassionate approach.
Strong behaviour and classroom management skills.
The confidence to support pupils who may present challenging or dysregulated behaviour.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
The ability to differentiate lessons for pupils working at different academic levels.
A genuine passion for helping young people overcome barriers to education.
Reliability, flexibility and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
