Salary: NJC Scale 5 Point 8 to Point 11 (Estimated Actual £24,148 to £25,334 (April 2025))
We are looking for an approachable and forward thinking School Office Manager and Medical Leadwith strong organisational
skillsto join our supportive and collaborative team.
You will be responsible for overseeing the daily administration of the school office including line managing administrative staff.
You are also responsible for all administrative, financial and organisational processes within the school, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
It’s not necessarily your experience that we’re most interested in, it’s your passion and commitment to our mission, ensuring
every child, whatever their background, receives a high quality education.
We are looking for someone who is:- A great communicator who develops positive relationships with young children and adults
- Understanding of the educational, welfare and social needs of the children whom we are supporting
- Enthusiastic and committed to working as part of a team
- Able to display a high level of administrative, interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
