Colchester County High School for Girls is seeking a Pastoral Assistant to start in October 2026 to support students and parents in terms of positive behaviour, attendance, wellbeing and pastoral care to enable students to make relevant progress and engage in their learning. The successful applicant will be a committed team player with strong administrative and interpersonal skills.
