We are seeking a Apprenticeship Industry Development Coach - Operational Firefighter Level 3 to join our team. In this role you will support the progress of apprentices in the workplace by providing coaching and guidance, while liaising closely with ECFRS and the Colchester Institute Off-the-Job Training Lead to ensure apprentices remain on track and successfully complete all requirements of their apprenticeship within the required timescales.

About the role:

• Liaise with the employer, apprentice and college staff to ensure apprentices fully understand the learning requirements of their apprenticeship in regard to knowledge, skills and behaviours, functional skills and end point assessment
• To carry out apprenticeship sign ups, completing administration tasks and providing IAG to watch managers and new apprentices
