We are seeking a WBL Assessor Trainer to join our team. In this role you will support work-based learners to develop, apply and demonstrate vocational competence within real working environments, delivering high-quality coaching, assessment and training in employer workplaces and, where required, within College settings.

You will assess learners against relevant occupational standards and qualification requirements, providing constructive feedback and tailored support to enable them to achieve their qualifications and reach their full potential. Working closely with employers, line managers and internal College teams, you will ensure programmes remain relevant to industry needs while maintaining accurate records and complying with awarding organisation, College and funding requirements.

You will champion safe working practices, promote professional behaviours, and play a key role in developing confident, competent and work-ready individuals within your vocational specialism.
