We are seeking a Lecturer to join our team. In this role you will deliver engaging and innovative skills training to a diverse range of adult learners, including unemployed adults looking to improve their existing skills and employed or self-employed adults seeking to gain new skills or upskill.

You will design and deliver a range of short programmes, including SWAPs, employability and upskilling programmes, as well as formal qualifications, bespoke courses and workshops.

Delivery will take place across a variety of settings, including college campuses, Job Centres and community organisations. A key part of the role will be to build learners' confidence, provide support and encouragement, and help them progress into employment, develop their careers or achieve their upskilling goals.

You will work flexibly with colleagues, employers and partner organisations to respond to local skills needs and provide positive learning and progression opportunities for adults.
