We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Colchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils in reaching their full potential while becoming part of a friendly and supportive school community.

• No two days are the same! As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
• Support pupils both in and out of the classroom
• Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging learning activities
• Provide one-to-one and small group support
• Help children develop confidence, independence and social skills
• Encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Celebrate achievements and support children to overcome challenges

• Has a genuine passion for working with children
• Is positive, proactive and adaptable
• Can build strong relationships with pupils and staff
• Has excellent communication skills
• Works well as part of a team
• Has previous experience working with children or young people
• Is committed to supporting every child to achieve their best

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
