As a Senior Operations Coordinator (Solar), your responsibilities will include:
* Taking ownership of day-to-day domestic Solar PV and Battery Storage operations, coordinating up to 10 installations per week
* Managing engineer schedules, labour allocation, installation diaries and resources to ensure projects are delivered efficiently
* Overseeing installations on site when required, resolving technical and operational issues while ensuring projects meet MCS and DNO requirements
* Coordinating with installation teams, customers and internal departments to maintain high standards of quality, compliance and customer satisfaction The successful Senior Operations Coordinator (Solar) should have:
* Minimum 2 years' experience managing or coordinating domestic Solar PV installations within the UK
* Proven experience overseeing Solar PV installations on site, coordinating engineers and managing installation delivery
* Strong knowledge of Solar PV, Battery Storage, MCS standards and DNO requirements
