Working across a varied portfolio of commercial, industrial and residential properties, you'll gain exposure to a diverse range of projects while being part of a supportive team that values professionalism, integrity and quality. What you will do Conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition asbestos surveys. Collect accurate site information and asbestos samples Produce high-quality survey reports and technical documentation. Work across a varied portfolio of commercial, residential and industrial sites.
Build positive relationships with clients and site stakeholders. Maintain compliance with company procedures and industry standards. Support and mentor trainee surveyors where appropriate. Contribute to continuous improvement, compliance and quality standards. Who you are You are an experienced and motivated professional who takes pride in delivering quality work and maintaining high standards. You will ideally have: BOHS P402 qualification or equivalent.
Previous experience carrying out asbestos surveys. A strong understanding of HSG
264 and asbestos legislation. Excellent communication and report-writing skills. A full UK driving licence. A high level of attention to detail and accountability.
