The role involves leading façade engineering projects across all RIBA stages, working on a range of building sectors while collaborating with architects and multidisciplinary design teams. This position suits an experienced façade engineer seeking technical ownership, hybrid working and long‑term career development.

• Deliver façade engineering across all RIBA work stages
• Develop compliant façade solutions with design teams
• Complete performance analysis and technical reviews
• Attend client meetings and design workshops
• Support procurement and construction stage services
• Assist with proposals and business development
• Use modelling software to assess façade performance
• Maintain knowledge of UK regulations and standards

• Proven façade engineering project delivery
• Strong knowledge of UK façade regulations
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
• Professional membership or chartership progression
• Knowledge of EWS1 and cladding compliance beneficial
• Commercial awareness supporting bids is desirable
