Building Physics/ Sustainability Consultant – Colchester, Essex
Colchester, Essex | £40,000 - £55,000 | Hybrid working with two office days each week in Colchester
Hunter Dunning is working with a privately owned multidisciplinary engineering consultancy to recruit a Building Physics/ Sustainability Consultant. This is an excellent opportunity to support projects through energy modelling, sustainability assessments and regulatory compliance while working alongside architects, MEP engineers and structural engineers in a collaborative team.
Responsibilities and Qualifications- Building physics and sustainability consultancy experience
- Qualification in Sustainable Design, Environmental Engineering or related technical discipline
- IESVE
- SAP assessments using Elmhurst software
- Experience with in the built environment
- Hybrid working with two office days each week in Colchester
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and additional Christmas shutdown
