You will lead mechanical estimating across a range of Building Services projects, delivering accurate tenders from enquiry to award and coordinating with design teams, suppliers and subcontractors.
The role requires 5+ years' estimator experience, strong technical knowledge of building services, and a proactive, organised approach.
