Our Client is a bespoke independent Financial Planners, based in Colchester and East-Anglia. Due to an extremely fruitful period of business in addition to an experienced member of staff taking retirement, they are now looking to add a new member to the Financial Planning team.

The opportunity here is for a Financial Advisor, with a professional and level-headed approach to help take on a number of the company’s clients moving forward. There is a client bank available of value between £25m – £30m AUM ranging in size and client type. As the firm is chartered and growing there is long term scope to move into a Director and leadership role long-term.

• Hold previous experience within an IFA / Financial Planning Practice
• Must be qualified to a minimum industry standard of Level 4 Diploma Qualified
• Previous experience dealing with High Net Worth Clients desirable but not essential
• A strong understanding of Pensions and Investment products advantageous

• Existing client bank to be taken over from retiring adviser
• Pension:
  Employer contribution of 3%, with salary sacrifice for employee contributions increasing to 5% after two years’ service.
