They're a specialist recruitment business placing high-calibre accounting and finance professionals across some of the most exciting businesses in the market — from ambitious start-ups and fast-scaling growth businesses to PE and VC-backed companies. Their clients are often high-growth and demand the best finance talent to fuel their next stage.

You will be given support to grow your desk/business along with you the autonomy to run your desk your way and you will be rewarded for your success!

• You ll place high-calibre professionals across roles including CFOs, Finance Directors, Financial Controllers, Management Accountants and everything in between.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients across a wide range of clients including start-up, scale-up, and investor-backed businesses
• Source, engage, and place mid-to-senior accounting and finance professionals
• Build your personal brand and become a go-to consultant in the high-growth finance market

• 3+ years  recruitment experience within accounting and finance
• A strong billing history and the ability to hit the ground running
• A consultative, relationship-led approach to both clients and candidates
• Self-motivated, commercially sharp, and eager to grow
