Assistant Management Accountant – 6 Month FTC Salary:
Up to £35,000 per annum
Location:
Colchester, Essex Your Role Assisting in the production of monthly management accounts, through the review of Corporate Pay statements and Petty Cash returns. Managing the posting of Corporate Pay statements and Petty Cash returns. Assisting in the production of reconciliations for the balance sheet. Reviewing general ledger entries highlighting unusual transactions. Managing the accruals and prepayments month end process with guidance from the Finance team.
Reviewing and posting corporate credit card expenditure. Producing schedules and analysis for cost breakdowns. Maintaining Fixed Assets Registers and Capital Expenditure Reports. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to present financial information clearly Proven experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably within management accounting Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret financial data
