Santander UK in Colchester is looking for a Customer Experience Advisor to join the branch team. This 35-hour per week role operates on a rota from Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm, within Colchester Branch.
You will assist with transactions, help customers with technology in-branch, and support calls from the contact centre. You’ll be the friendly face and voice, building relationships, solving problems, and expanding your knowledge of Santander products to enhance the customer experience.
